Have an NRI account in one of the leading Banks in India.Recently got an mail from this bank that I have given permission to deposit 45,000 rs /month from my account to some xx company in India. Shocked to see this mail and immediately I called and put stop payment on this and asked Bank to send me the proof that I have given permission to deposit my money to some stupid company. Its been a months till now I have not got the reply from Bank,when ever I call them they keep saying they will send it. Its very clear that my account is breached. I want to proceed legally . Anyone any suggestions how this works in India. I know in US its easy but not sure in India.

The banks providing NRI banking with NRE and NRO accounts suck big time.
Not only they themselves have retarded understanding of customer service, but also they are bound by idotic, protectionist policies of Indian govt.

Dude why dont you give us the bank name?
Why are you so reluctant to divulge that? huh? It seems like your cousin opened up a fake bank to do illegal operations and when he swooped your money you want our help in resolving the issue?
