Due to the overwhelming response and inquiry from business owners and stakeholders, Global Detroit has teamed up with Office of Global Michigan and Michigan Occupational Safety & Health Administration (MIOSHA) to host two webinars on how to support immigrant small business owners in navigating the process and procedures to safely operate their business under COVID-19 re-opening guidelines.
The State of Michigan requires all businesses to have developed a plan to institute safety measures. Businesses that do not comply could be fined. We invite you to join us for a training-of-the-trainer webinar on August 12, 2020 at 11:00 am - 1:00pm that is for people like yourselves who can help spread the word about safety requirements. And we ask that you circulate information about the other webinar that is designed for business owners on August 5, 2020 at 12:00pm - 1:00pm. Please be sure to register!!
