This is a healthy chutney that can be eaten with rice, dosa, idli or chapathi.

INGREDIENTS
Celery – 4 cups (cut to small cubes)
Dry red Chilies - 5
Tamarind – Small piece
Garlic – 2 cloves
Red Onion – 1 medium size (cut to small cubes)
Tomato – 1 medium size (cut to small cubes)
Cumin – 1 tsp
Coriander seeds – 2 tsp
Methi seeds – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tablespoon preferably sesame oil, any oil works

INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, dry red chilies, Coriander seeds, Methi seeds and roast till golden. Drain and set aside to cool.

Add onions, celery and tomatoes to the pan and roast till golden and set aside to cool

Add salt and tamarind.

Blend everything in a blender to a coarse paste.

Enjoy!
