
This is a very delicious non veg appetizer, kids love them!
Preparation Time: 45 Mins
INGREDIENTS
Boneless Chicken 1 pound (cut into small bite size)
Chilli Powder: 2 Tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 2 Tsp
Pepper Powder: 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric Power: 1/2 Tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste}: 2 Tsp
Lemon Juice: 2 Tsp
Garam Masala 1 Tsp (optional)
Salt to taste
For dusting mix:
Corn Flour: 4 Tbsp
Rice Flour: 4 Tbsp
Pepper Powder – 1 Tsp
Salt to taste ( just for the outer layer)
Oil to Deep Fry
Curry Leaves & 2 Green Chillies (slit) for Garnishing
INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, mix the Chicken pieces with both chilli powders, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, lemon juice, salt, garam masala, and keep it aside for 30 mins to marinate.
In a separate bowl mix all the ingredients under dusting mix and set aside
After 30 minutes add dusting mix to the Chicken (dust over chicken and toss as you add).
In a pan heat the oil and deep fry Chicken in batches in the medium flame until it turns golden brown.
Finally, fry the curry leaves & Green chillies and sprinkle on the Chicken and Serve.
You can add red food coloring if you wish.
