This is a very delicious appetizer, kids love them!

Preparation Time: 30 Mins 

Paneer Cheese 200 gms (cut into small cubes)
Chilli Powder:  1 Tsp
Pepper Powder: 1/2 Tsp 
Turmeric Power: 1/2 Tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste}: 2 Tsp 
Lemon Juice: 1 Tsp 
Salt to taste
Chat Masala Powder/Garam Masala Powder: 1 Tsp (optional)

For Batter mix:
Corn Flour: 2 Tbsp 
All purpose flour: 2 Tbsp 
Besan Flour: - 4 Tbsp
Water - as needed

Oil To Deep Fry

Curry Leaves & 2 Green Chillies (slit) for Garnishing


In a bowl, mix the paneer cubes with chilli powder, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, lemon juice, salt, chat masala/garam masala, and keep it aside for 10-15 mins to marinate.

Now, add the Corn flour, all purpose flour and Besan Flour to the paneer marination. Then add the water little by little to make the final texture as paste (not too watery). The batter should coat well on the paneer cubes.

In a pan heat the oil and deep fry the panner as batches in the medium flame until it turns golden brown.

Finally, fry the curry leaves & Green chillies and sprinkle on the Paneer 65 and Serve with Mint chutney/Tomato Sauce.
